Tear 9 Food Tech Get Healthy

This term, Year 9 Food Technology is studying ‘New Food Product Development’.

Their assessment task was to create their own line of crepes, meeting a specific health concern.

We had gluten-free crepes, lactose-free crepes, high protein crepes and low fat crepes on show.

The students also tried their skills at food presentation for a photograph for an advertisement.
