Year 11 Biology Excursion to Shelly Beach

An excursion for Year 11 Biology has been organised for Monday 13th May.
The work completed on this excursion will form basis for 10 hours of the depth study component for Module 4- Ecosystem Dynamics. Students will be developing their working scientifically skills in conducting investigations and in recording and analysing data. These skills will be assessed as part of their second assessment task. This is essential that all students attend on the day. If any students do not attend , an alternative related task will have to be completed in the students own time prior to the due date of the depth study (assessment period 2).

- Where: Shelly Beach Cronulla
Students are to make their own way to Cronulla train station where they will be met by their class teacher. They will then walk to Shelly beach rock platform. Students are required to purchase a opal ticket or use an opal card.Students will be dismissed from Cronulla train station.
School uniform is not compulsory but appropriate clothing and enclosed footwear must be worn.
